Cancellation, No-Show, and Tardiness Policy:
To maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and uphold our commitment to providing timely services, we require that all appointments be canceled with a minimum notice of 2 hours to avoid charge. Failure to notify us and no-call no-showing your appointment will result in an additional full service charge being applied during your next scheduled appointment. Please note that we accommodate a 5-minute grace period for tardiness; however, any delay exceeding this grace period will be regarded as a no-show, necessitating rescheduling and associated charges.
